Hyundai Foreign School Baking Up A Storm

For this Valentine's Day staff and students at Hyundai Foreign School (HFS) decided to host a bake sale in order to raise money for a local charity. They decided to donate the money to WeHOPE to help them fund the various programs that they run in Ulsan, Busan, and Daegu.

HFS believes teamwork, leadership and international mindset are important qualities to foster in the students. This event gave a touch of experience in each of the above qualities. The bake sale saw the sacrifice of lunchtime breaks by the team of students to plan, bake and decorate cookies to help the less fortunate. In total 164,000won was raised for WeHOPE.

A big thank you goes out to the HFS staff and students from everyone here at WeHOPE. It was a great idea and experience for the students and an even better outcome.

WeHOPE plans to collaborate with HFS in the future on other exciting projects.
